Hisense Portable Air Conditioner Review & Buyers Guide
Portable air conditioners are an excellent choice for those looking to have similar functionality as that of a cooling fan but with better power. Cooling fans can be great on occasions, but sometimes you need a bit more energy during those long hot and humid summer months. Window air con units are often used in very hot climates, but they can be really noisy and take up a lot of space this is why we recommend a portable air conditioner for anyone looking to cool down their home but unable to install a wall air conditioning unit due to their size.
These air cooling geniuses work by using conditioned air from the room to cool the condenser, and it removes the hot air through an exhaust hose similar to those used on dryer vents. In this article, we’ll be looking at how well the Hisense Portable Air Conditioner could work in your home!

We think you’ll find this portable air conditioner from Hisense brilliant for helping you maintain a refreshing temperature around your home. At 56.8 lbs you’ll be able to move this mobile unit between rooms and thanks to it’s easy to install kit included in its packaging, you won’t feel like reinstalling it in another place is a hassle. We found this unit works great in rooms of up to 400 Sqft it can work in rooms of up to around 800, but it won’t keep them half as fresh.
There’s also some fantastic I-feel temperature sensing technology built into the remote which feeds the information back to your unit to help inform your unit exactly what setting it should be on. This means that you’ll be able to have maximum comfort from your air conditioning unit without having to think about what setting to chose. We also loved how great these units dehumidifier works. Quite often when you buy an air conditioner that is also a dehumidifier, the dehumidifier setting will seem quite shoddy and not perform very well.
The dehumidifier on this Hisense is terrific and removes nearly 2.5 pints of moistures from your room’s air per hour. This is a great air conditioning model for those looking to keep small to medium rooms fresh, crisp and clean. We think you’ll definitely notice a difference once you’ve bought one of these Hisense Portable Air Conditioners.
3 in 1: With the Hisense, you’ll be able to keep your house cool as well as free of nasty smells and molds thanks to its additional dehumidifier function as well as being able to use it as a bog standard fan.
Easy to Install: This air conditioner comes with a super easy to install window kit.
Remote Control: Thanks to this units remote control, the Hisense will not only keep you cool, calm and collected you’ll also be able to remain in your sofa and change your controls with the remote at the flick of a finger! How relaxing does this sound now?
Heavy The only downside to this air conditioning model is its weight, the unit is relatively heavy which makes it slightly less portable than we’d like it to be. But the good news is you can quickly move it as long as you grab a helping hand from a friend.
