- Your big toes correspond to the brain, and the area just beneath the toes control your eyes, ears and neck
- The inside of the foot corresponds to your spine.
- Beneath your toes is the area that controls your chest region and organs, and by applying pressure one inch below all the toes except for the big toe, you can reach the lungs.
- At the smallest-width of your foot near the center is where the waistline correlates, and the organs in our torso can be linked to the areas that are above or below this section of the foot.
- The mid-section of your foot controls your liver, and the stomach is found within this section on the left foot.
- The section that is above the center of the foot connects your small intestine.
- The heel connects your pelvis, buttock, and sciatic nerve areas.
Common Pressure Points To Boost Health Headaches, menstrual pain, anger, anxiety, stress: Place fingers between the big toe and the second toe where the tendons meet and apply firm pressured massaging for 4-5 seconds. Insomnia, palpitations, memory loss, hot flashes: Find your depressed point at the bottom of the big toe’s joint, then move to the spot between the big toe and second toe, applying firm pressure.
Stomach pain, vomiting, fatigue, memory loss or appetite loss: Apply pressure to find the depression near the middle of the foot, next to the ball of the foot. Mental stability, improving mood, decreasing stress: Apply pressure to the area below the bone on the outside of the ankle.
